80 mm Wooden Dust Boot – STL Design (Two-Sided Carve)

Cut your own functional 80 mm CNC dust boot using this high-resolution STL model. This version is intended for 3D toolpath users who prefer machining a contoured surface directly from an STL file. The boot is split into top and bottom halves for a precise two-sided carve and glue-up assembly.

Cutting & Assembly

Machine each half on opposite sides of your stock using the same center point. After carving, glue the halves together and clamp until cured. Sand lightly for a perfect fit. The finished boot mounts just above the router collet and secures with two banding clamps.
