Cut your own functional wooden dust boot for a 65 mm router/spindle (Makita‑style) using this clean, cut‑ready SVG package. The boot is split into top and bottom halves for a precise two‑sided carve, then glued together for a durable, efficient dust‑collection body. Designed to support either a 2″ or 4″ dust hose opening.

Cutting Overview
- Process: Two‑sided carve (front/back) on two pieces of stock; glue‑up after machining
- Hose Options: Choose the 2″ or 4″ hose opening vectors before cutting
- Bottom Half: Front pocket → flip → inner profile (full depth, removes plug) → skirt groove → final outer perimeter
- Top Half: Router + hose holes → clamp shelf → flip → back relief → final outer perimeter
- Alignment Tip: Enter the exact board width in CAM and flip left‑to‑right around center; keep the same XY zero
