Cutting Overview

• Process: Two‑sided carve (front/back) on two pieces of stock; glue‑up after machining
• Hose Options: Choose the 2″ or 4″ hose opening vectors before cutting
• Bottom Half: Front pocket → flip → inner profile (full depth, removes plug) → skirt groove → final outer perimeter
• Top Half: Router + hose holes → clamp shelf → flip → back relief → final outer perimeter
• Alignment Tip: Enter the exact board width in CAM and flip left‑to‑right around center; keep the same XY zero
